The most awesome Saturn set-up I've ever seen...
Just take a look at it...
It's a display made for game stores, but I sure wouldn't mind having it at home! It features a place for the Saturn (the console is not included), a dedicated TV and two controllers (they look like model 1), all encased in a beautiful cabinet in shades of blue and orange, featuring a certain blue hedgehog on the front and the Sega and Saturn logos on the sides.
Breathtaking, isn't it?
And this could be yours! If you live in America and have the money to spare, that is. Follow this link to craigslist in order to contact the seller, if you're interested. The advertisement has no price, but I doubt it'll be cheap...
Since this is way out of range for us, common mortals, let's gaze at more pictures instead:
Haha. Just yesterday I saw this one on ebay.com. I don't like it too much, to be honest. The colours are just horrible and there is only very little "Sega Saturn" on it. But well, the european retailer display is even worse, with no colour at all! I wonder what the japanese one looked like! Someday I will buy one... some... day... *chants*
ReplyDeleteI like it a lot! I came very close to buying a similar cabinet for the Dreamcast once, but then fortunately realised it wasn't worth the cost of a divorce...
ReplyDeleteI also like it. Orange has nothing to do with the Saturn, but when combined with blue like that it's nice, I think.
ReplyDeleteOf course that it could be better, I bet you could do a hell of a work if you had a blank cabinet, but as it is, it could be worse...
Hey
ReplyDeleteI have one of these that I'm looking to sell. Can you tell me what the one on E-bay was selling for? The one I have has the system and a few games. A full self contained unit. When it lights up it looks amazing.
So I need some help. I have one of these game cabinets and it is complete and works amzingly well. I'm looking to sell it. Anyone want to make me an offer? Or, anyone know where the best place to sell one would be?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your help.
