[Fuck yeah, playing Sonic Adventure with no widescreen]
Yosuke Okunari, who is producing the SEGA Dreamcast re-releases and produced the Sega Ages 2500 series, has an interview with Impress Watch. In the interview, they asked him about the SEGA Saturn, you know, the only major SEGA console not to get digital re-releases?

What Saturn games would you like rereleased? Let us know in the comments section!
Well, I still prefer my Saturn games ON DISCS.
ReplyDeleteBut it would be a great way to introduce some Saturn classics to a new generations or those Nintendo64/PS1 fanboys that may have missed some underrated gems!
I would say any Saturn exclusive, from NiGHTS, Burning Rangers, Panzer Dragoon to Astal, Clockwork Knight, etc.. would be good.
There are so many quality titles, but (like Eyz) I would recommend the highly sought after Saturn exclusives that would guarantee interest; Namely Panzer Dragoon Saga. It would also be nice to get the Shining Force 3 Trilogy if they were willing to translate parts 2 and 3.
ReplyDeleteHaving said that, some small time titles I would love to see ported though are Golden Axe the Duel, Shinobi, Die Hard Arcade, Bomberman Fight, Soukugurentai, and even sky target would be cool!
There are so many expensive Saturn games that this would be so awesome to be able to play them cheaply! But god would I miss that Saturn Controller!
