Happy New Year!

And here we are, another year has come and gone, and the Saturn Junkyard is still around. Maybe not being updated as often as it should...ha-hem...but still here, nonetheless. In case you haven't noticed, the 'Yard is actually 6 years old, which is a lifetime on the volatile interwebs. It was born on the 13th, December, 2006 by our most esteemed Father Krishna, and here we are, 6 years and a couple of weeks later, on the first day of 2013.

Here's to another 6!

I just stumbled across your blog! It's fantastic! I saw the game Super Tempo, and now I'm compelled to play it - it looks really good!

If it wasn't for your blog, I wouldn't have come across it!

Keep the posting up - we need more Saturn appreciation out there!

I myself am a bit of a Saturn fanboy - I keep a blog here: jumpnshoot9000.com, where I've been going through a couple of Saturn games like Exhumed and Quake, which were both fantastic games technically, due to the care that the developers took with its programming.

Keep it up!!

Glad you guys like it :) Too bad you missed the blog's heyday, when we had an active team of writers and more readers, but hopefully we can turn things around and get back into shape.

@ nunchuckington, Exhumed is a personal favourite of mine, amazing game.

I've only just recently found your blog and look forward to reading it all the way through over the coming days / weeks / months!!

I've just dusted off my Saturn after about 5 years in storage (I'm more a SNES / Dreamcast nut, but the Saturn is in my top 5 consoles of all time). Been really digging it. NiGHTS is obviously a classic, but even just revisiting the original Tomb Raider, Die Hard Trilogy, or finding new gems I missed first time around (Loaded being the latest - what the heck!!)

Anyway, glad I found your blog at this time and like I say, I look forward to reading through and commenting :D glad it's survived so long!!

The forum I've linked to has a Video Games subsection. We mostly talk about newer games (unfortunately!) but I'm always interested in uniting games (and maybe moving to more Retro discussion) so feel free, any readers too, to pay a visit.

Keep up the blog! More updates please :P :)
