Er, I know it's been a while since anyone's paid attention to the Saturn Junkyard, but there is important news about Sega's tragically unloved game console. There's a Sega Saturn theme available for the Nintendo 3DS, complete with an image of the spacey system interface on the top screen and pictures of both Saturn models on the bottom.
The theme is introduced with the gentle chimes you'd hear after booting up an American Saturn... quickly followed by an incessantly looping track from Sonic R. Nintendo, could you pretty please let us turn the background music off in these themes? No? All righty... I guess I'll just be in the corner, frothing at the mouth and sticking sharp objects in my ears. Special thanks to the Talking Time forum for the news.

Does this mean the Saturn Junkyard is back? I'd be up for writing some Saturn stuff if so...!
I can't say for sure, Tom. You'd have to ask Father Krishna about it, since he calls the shots around here. Seems like he'd be open to outside contributions, though.
