Guru Larry's Retro Corner - Burning Rangers

Sorry for the lack of new posts on my part, but the fact is that it's been sometime since I last played on my Saturn. Shameful, I know, but to make up for that I present you the latest episode of Guru Larry's Retro Corner, this time with a lovely review of this hidden gem called Burning Rangers. Now, I've never played it myself, but judging from both Guru Larry's and J's reviews, it's a pretty awesome game.

Hah! I understood maybe... 20 % of that Review. :D But the moving images of Burning Rangers speak a thousand words.

Precisely! I didn't quite well understand it also, but seeing the game in motion was enough. Maybe our good Father will have better luck :) (BTW, where the hell is he? Hasn't showed up for quite a while...)

I had the Japanese release of this game back when it came out. Tons of fun, and Sonic Team came up with some really cool tricks to push the graphical limits of the game, such as utilizing the sound processors to do some of the calculations in the game.

A great release, and one that made the Saturn go out with a bang rather than a whimper.

I'm here! Sorry I've not been around as much as I'd have liked to be! Burning Rangers is indeed a lovely game and I need to do a proper game review soon!

I love Guru Larry and catch him on X League TV whenever I can! In fact the last time I saw him he was bigging up Area 51, which dropped through my letterbox this morning! (Works fine BTW!)

So expect more input from me here soon! I've got three games to review!! (The third one is a secret...)

Goddammit I want this game. Why does it have to be so rare and expensive? ;_;
